Generations recenlty contcted us about there rating. They were not very high and based on our summer notes we thought it was fair. However re-ranking alert. After a review of there website we had to move them on all levels. We need to review the new versions and online versions in more detail and with current customers to get a full accounting. We hope to do that soon so we can provide more information here. The new system is much cleaner than what we saw and better than most of the others we rated here. True web based system keeps IT out of your office and keeps local expenses low. Internet is very important and can hurt you if you can not get online. But all the costs you are saving on the backend greatly make up for it.
We need to re-review the generations system but we do know that many of the large franchises are using it and speak well of it. We will get one to give us the scoop and provide more in the weeks to come.
